My Son Paul did not have a history of obesity, as stated on his lying coroners report. My son was tall and skinny all his life and in High Schoo l High school, He gained a massive amount of weight on Risperdial between 2006-2009, I will post some of Paul’s high school pictures because his weight gain only started after he graduate from Fairfield High School, when he was placed on a  dangerous anti psychotic medication risperdial & abilify and the doctor who prescribed this medication did absolutely nothing to help my son, never monitored his weight, never did a physical exam. Only thing Dr Fine did was abandoned my son care and drop him as a patient, and to add insult to  injury to my one and only son, the doctor gave us a 6 month supply of the medication and told us he need another doctor  my son passed 4 month later, while out walking with his dad. We were trying to help our baby  to loose weight, when the medication was making him bigger and bigger, it was a losing battle. Paul Death Certificate is full of lies, He did not have what is stated on the death certificate and nobody will even look into it, But I bet if this affected Attorneys, politician, police official, doctor families, etc,  and they lost their one and only son, laws would be passed. Maybe the would look into change, but the disabled american don’t have a chance or rights in this ugly, hateful, prejudice world we call the land of peace.

How big my baby is, My son gained a huge amount of weight, but he was healthy, no high cholesterol. no high blood pressure, no diabetes, no heart disease, ( Please keep in mind my son was 6-4/ 6-5 and he weighed 220 lbs before he started that medication), My son only health concern was being AUTISTIC my son gained big breast, he suffered for 7 long year and on the day he died,  his last word was dad help me!, CLOSE YOUR EYES AND PICTURE YOUR CHILD SAYING DAD or MOM HELP ME!!!! This is killing my husband who is a NAVY VETERANS, Honorable Discharged who served this country aboard the USS CARL VINSON, would have died for his country,  And how do the country pay him back to kill his one and only son, Yes When the FDA passed this medication on to vulnerable non-verbal autistic adults with communication disabilities, You responsible. We as parents are not doctors, We rely on the Doctors to be honest with patients. and if not we rely on them to be punished for their reckless behavior.

As you tuck your child in bed tonight,…. you imagine living without that child. I carried for nine “Protective” months and protected for 25 years. And trusted a Doctors.. I ask you? Why don’t my son have the right to live.

A forensic pathologist lied and falsified my son’s Paul Gerard Victorian Jr DEATH CERTIFICATE no Attorney would take our case, How is it possible to lie and get away with it, What kind of country are we living in…. Oh yeah one attorney took it, but after a year and they got the death certificate they dropped our case, REALLY!

 QUESTION? How the hell could my son have sleep apena, when he was taking a prescribed sleep aid. it make no sense and the coroners office state he had a history of sleep apena, Not my son!

NOTE: The physician & Family requested an autopsy. To this day we don’t know why our one and only son died and how he died, We only know it was an cardiac arrest according to the ER doctor on February 22, 2013 when Paul was rushed to the Hospital when he passed out walking with his dad. We were told three time they were gonna do an autopsy but the Solano county coroners office never done one, and refused to do it after we went up their to talk to them, We were informed that  we could send our sons body to a San Francisco school for medical research or something, How insensitive  Our son didn’t pass in a hospital or had a disease, he was walking with his dad when he passed out after 10 minutes. This is very important world….. Please follow me with this Parents, caregivers, readers, etc. The Coroners office states that my son passed from Cardiac Arrhythmia, but 32 days earlier his heat was normal, chest clear, no wheezing, no lightness, etc. But according to the Mayo Clinic internet research I found that it states these symptoms would have been present and noticeable when my son went to his appointment 32 days earlier, arrhythmia symptoms including , a fluttering in his chest, a racing heart beat, (tachycardia), a slow heart beat (Bradycardia), chest pain, shortness of breath, lightheadness, dizziness, faintness (syncope), . Ok Now look back up at his current physical exam, my son had none of these symptoms. One attorney had the nerve to ask how do you know he didn’t have an enlarged heart, did he have an ultrasound at his physical exam?.I called my aunt who works in the medical field and she said Tina, NOBODY gets an ultrasound at physical exam! unless its a cardio problem, She then stated Paul’s Medically trained doctor listened & checked Paul’s heart, it was normal, he checked Paul’s Lungs, He didn’t have chest pains, he didn’t have shortness of breath, he didn’t have no dizzy spells, NO INDICATION of a cardio problem, she then stated Paul was asymptomatic no cardio symptoms to trigger his doctor to do a cardio workup. Because Paul didn’t have a cardio problem, his death was sudden, quick and unexpected, the only thing we know for sure is that it was a cardiac arrest according to the hospital, It was caused by a side effect from the medication he was taking. She then stated the coroners office should have done a autopsy, because he was not a patient in the hospital, he arrived by ambulance and never regain conscious after he fell out on the street by walking, and he hadn’t seen a doctor in the last 30 days, Paul seen his doctor 32 days earlier. She said the coroners office was wrong, you cant just look a person body because they are large and say he had an enlarge heart, they didn’t do their job in regards to Paul remains. My aunt said it could be because they want to save money, or just down right prejudice. She said I don’t know but for what ever reason they were wrong and you cant lie on vital records.

I also researched American Heart Society regarding enlarged heart, It states your body starts to retain fluids, your lungs gets congested with fluids, fluid retention (edema), irregular heart beats, irregular rhythm, and strokes. Ok again go back and read my sons physical exam,  NO HEART DISEASE, NO CHEST PAINS, NO EDEMA, REGULAR RATES AND RHYTHM,. Elevated blood Pressure reading WITHOUT no diagnosis of HYPERTENSION.

Ok somebody is lying……. The Medical Doctor (Dr Moshier)  or The Pathologist ( Susan Hogan) in the Solano Coroners office. Paul’s doctor gave him a physical exam and did a review of his system while he was alive and well, he check everything.  And the Pathologist who was unable to review his system,due to clinical condition gave all these illness, because my son was unresponsive when he arrived to the hospital and coroners office, and it states on the ER report EXTREMITY: No Swelling, HEART no Sound,  and on the coroners report it states they did not do an  x-rays, How the hell did they get all these illness they put on my sons 2 part death certificate. And what the hell is SLEEP APENA… my first time seeing it on his death certificate, Oh yeah the coroners office said my son weighed 330lb and 32 days prior his physical exam has his weight at 375lb did he loose 45 lbs in 32 days, NO I don’t think so!!!!! My son gained weight from that dangerous medication Risperdial & Abilify.

• The Solano County Sheriff- Coroners office, The City of Fairfield , is in directly responsible for my son not getting justice for employing her, and the corruption and lies in that office, She falsified a legal document (DEATH CERTIFICATE). 

Welcome to Justice for Paul Victorian Jr blog,  My son two- part death certificate is full of lies and assumptions. Let me give you some history my one and only son Paul Victorian Jr was on a medication that we didn’t know wasn’t FDA approved for Autistic Adults, When The pharmaceutical company didn’t do clinical study or human trials on autistic adults yet, The doctor who prescribed this to my son didn’t tell us it is an anti psychotic medication that changes the brain function,When Autism is already a brain abnormality, Paul didn’t need this but we listen to a doctor.  He said it was for autism. He NEVER monitored my son, Never did a physical exam even though he put him on Risperdial & Abilify, My son gained massive amount of weight from the medication and the doctor abandoned his care.  My son Paul NEVER had any health concerns, he never been sick a day in his life. He only had a weight issue because of the medication he was placed on in 2006 Risperdial /Rispodone & Abilify. Prior to him taking this medication my son was tall and skinny he was between 6-4 and 6-5 weighed 220lbs he had just graduated from high school, My baby was non verbal and only repeated some words and tried to make his needs known but it was hard , his autism wouldn’t allow it.

We called Paul’s Primary care doctor Dr Moshier because Paul was changing, He schedule Paul an appointment on January 17, 2013 . We were concerned because Paul was displaying sign we never seen and the medication made he holler twice, he seemed panicky or anxious, We called the Dr Fine First who prescribed the medication Risperdial & Abilify, but he basically couldn’t help us or even see Paul although he gave us 6 months supply of medication until we find another doctor.

So on January 17, 2015 Paul and his Dad Jamil went to his doctor appointment, Dr Moshier gave Paul a complete physical Exam: Insert from Original Exam.

My one and only son Paul Gerard Victorian Jr Passed away Friday February 22, 2013 from a cardiac arrest while out walking with his dad. When my son arrived to Northbay Hospital in Fairfield, Ca. It was the only time in 22 years my son ever went to the hospital, because Paul NEVER got sick.  When I pulled his ER records the lady said wow how long you live in Solano County I said since 91, She said we have no records of him ever coming to the hospital, and I said my baby never got sick, he had the best immune system in our house. Then she gave me her condolences ad my son medical records from his ER visit when he passed away while walking with his dad for 10 minutes.  The hospital and my husband requested an autopsy.  The coroner office refused to do an autopsy and gave the cause of death on Monday February 25, 2013 ( I remember it well it was my Birthday when I was at the funeral home), an enlarged heart, WHAT! my son didn’t have an enlarged heart, he was just seen at the doctors office 32 days earlier, and they refuse to do an autopsy. So when i got the coroners report and death certificate that lying coroners office stated Paul had  Cardiac Arrhythmia due to Cardiomegaly an (enlarged heart) due to obesity,(He gained weight from the medication) She said he had History of high blood pressure, history of high cholesterol, history of sleep Apena, This was our first time seeing these untrue lies, saying that our son had a history of anything, Paul didn’t have any of that stuff, she had his weight at 330lbs, when he just had a physical 32 days earlier and his weight was 373lb from all the weight gain from the medication he was on, did he also loose 43 lbs in 32 days… NO, I think she examined the wrong body, because We never heard of any of this stuff. Not all obese people have enlarged heart.

I called my aunt who works at a hospital in the medical field because I was upset. And she said Tina; nobody gets ultrasound at physical exams! Unless it’s a cardio problems. She then stated it could have been because they wanted to save money at the coroner’s office or just down right prejudice, she said I don’t know there reason but it was wrong.

QUESTION: How could one medical Trained Doctor  Moshier say Paul’s HEART S1, S2 Normal, No mumur, rub or gallop, regular rate and rhythm, CHEST: Clear to Precussion, and auscultation, no rales or wheezes are heard, blood pressure was elevated,without NO diagnosis of Hypertension on Jan 17, 2013 when my son was alive, Then a know Forensic Pathologist Dr S Hogan  who has a history of lying who is not a doctor give an cause of death of enlarged heart, history of sleep apena, history of hypertension, history high cholesterol, and did no autopsy or took x-rays, Put all that on a legal vital record and its acceptable.

PLEASE LOOK AT MY SONS CURRENT PHYSICAL EXAM, he had none of these, his chest, heart, lungs were good. No irregular heartbeat.

According to The American heart society research, it states when the heart is enlarged it’s like a soft biceps- its weak and out of shape, your body start to retain fluids, your lungs get congested with fluids, and your heart being to beat irregular. What to look for shortness of breath, fluid retention (edema) and having a heard time exercising are among key symptoms, of an enlarged heart or heart failure. Irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias) – potentially even serious irregular heart rhythms and strokes. My son had none of these things please read his current physical exam.

Forensic Pathologist  Dr Hogan was incompetent, and negligent. I believe she violated due process and fundamental fairness. Gross Negligence, Fraud because of her inadequate external exam, She falsified her report and lied on vital records; my son didn’t have any of the illness that she put on his death certificate. . Coroners must be held accountable for what they report. It is my contention that the Coroner’s office and Dr Susan Hogan didn’t do an appropriate external exam and the Solano county Coroner’s office refused an autopsy. To me they didn’t follow protocol according to their own procedures and policies. I believe a through exam or autopsy would have produced the real cause of death, not anything made up. Solano County is very liable; they have a history of employing incompetent Forensic Pathologist/ Medical examiner in the Solano county coroner’s office.

One attorney said we don’t like to sue doctors, but I say to that…. doctors’ lies as well and they are found incompetent as well. The sad part is that what Dr Hogan lies on my son DEATH CERTIFICATE hurt my chances to seek justice, NOW I have to fight and find a way to get it amended, I wrote to the California Medical Board and received absolutely no help.

The Solano County Coroners office failed my son and family becasue of the County didn’t control, supervise and put in place policies and procedures that should have been followed. They did not adherence to policies and procedures according to their pamphlets. My son’s Coroners Report was full of lies and assumptions; it was very unfair, hurtful, distressful, and inaccurate. I have no confidence or the credibility of the Solano County Coroner’s office; it was an injustice and disservice to my son’s remains. Dr Hogan failed to carry out basic forensic procedures and performed an incomplete inaccurate exam. The crazy part is if Dr Susan Hogan would have followed protocol and contacted my son’s primary care doctor per Solano County Coroner’s Office procedures she wouldn’t have wrote any of the illness she had on his report. The fact remain is that Paul just had a complete physical exam 32 days before he passed away, he was schedule to have a follow up appointment on March 18, 2013. Paul Was buried March 4, 2013. Oh Yeah, Get this doctor Moshier office called us and asked why Paul didn’t come to his follow up appointment. Paul was already dead and buried on the 18th of March. You see the coroner’s office never contacted his primary care doctor to get Paul’s medical records. That’s the only conclusion I can come up with because his doctors office called and asked why Paul didn’t make his follow up appointment  When the Coroners finally contacted Dr Moshier to try  and get him sign the death certificate he refused.

I am not trying to hurt anyone., what I am saying about The Solano county Coroners office Dr Susan Hogan is public records, all over the internet and news reports. Look it up if you don’t believe  me Google: DR Susan Hogan Solano County coroners office,  all the corruption, lies, deceitful stuff that was going on in the Solano County Coroners office. And because of this I don’t know why my son is dead, all I know it was an cardiac arrest while he was out walking with his dad, AND NO ATTORNEY WILL TAKE OUR CASE AFTER THEY RECEIVE THE DEATH CERTIFICATE, BECAUSE IT MAKES IT APPEAR THAT MY 25 YEAR OLD  SON HAD BAD HEALTH PROBLEMS, AND HE DIDN’T… he wasn’t taking medication for nothing but Autism. Paul death is killing us, but for no one to help us is even more tragic. We have contacted Governors, Senators, Attorney General and they all say its a legal matter to contact an attorney, BUT NO ATTORNEY WILL HELP US.  How can you lie on a death certificate and get away with it!!!!!!!

My main purpose going forward life is to fight for those without a voice, My son Paul Gerard Victorian Jr was taken away from me by unethical pharmaceutical companies greed, that only care about money, profits,. I am angry, hurt and mad…….My son trusted his parents, and we trusted a doctor who only cared about profits, it was no ethics in his decision to use my baby as a human guinea pig.

I have written to my elected official, the same people we elected to run this country and only received the run around. I found that people only care when it effect there kids or family, But going forward I want all families to know that there is currently NO MEDICATION for Autism in Adults. If you’r adult child- (18 years & up) is taking anti psychotic medication like Risperdial and Abilify, for Autism. Then God be with you…..

I want the world to know my story and what happen to my one and only son Paul Victorian Jr. Before any medication while in high school (2002-2005), Paul was a happy kid, smiled often, loved his family, enjoyed life, and went on family outing and vacations. In 2006 after high school my son life changed (8 years of hell).

• Massive Weight Gain (Large to 4xl)
• Talking to him self
• Breast, Stomach, Legs, Butt became extremely larger
• Cursing and arguing with him self
• Hitting him self
• Talking about himself in the third party
• Hollering at night
• Can’t sleep
• Saying someone trying to hurt him
• Sweating at night, anxious
• Writing curse words on papers

 All of this started after Paul began the medication, he was sensitive to sounds and had to wear ear phones, prior to any medication he didn’t display any of this behavior, he was a happy kid who went to school everyday, went on bowling trip, shopped in community, play golf with his class, His only disability was Autism w/ very low communication s.

 After he started taking Risperdial and Abilify, his adult program contacted us and told us, its like Paul is fighting with himself and they wanted to know the changes, but it was only the medication. Risperdial & Abilify. Both were Anti psychotic medication, Do you understand the word Psychotic. My son was on an Anti-psychotic medication which changes the brain functions, when autism is already a brain abnormality. The only warning it had was will cause cardiac arrest, sudden death in elderly dementia an Alzheimer patients, but keep in mind Autism, Alzheimer and Dementia are all brain neurologic conditions abnormality. They never tested Autistic adults.

 Autism is not a psychotic condition. My son didn’t have a voice and I told him standing over his casket “Mom is going to speak for you”…..

We are Raising funds to start the non profit organization. The name of the organization is Paul G Victorian Jr Foundation. I am raising funds so the foundation can be billed through the state as (501)c3 non profit organization. This foundation will help with the education, support for Autistic Adults, We are advocating the way dangerous presciption medication is being administered to non verbal autistic adults.  If you can donate I would really appreciate it or please pass this on to someone who might be able to help.

Our mission for The Paul Victorian Jr Foundation  is to advocate for those with out a voice, Our son was given a dangerous prescription medication that was not FDA approved for his disability, The pharmaceutical company never did clinical studies or human trial yet doctors are prescribing this dangerous anti-psychotic medication to innocent non verbal Autistic adults. I urge all parents, caregivers, family and friends to read.

The purpose of this foundation is to educate all parents of Autistic kid, teens and adults. To provide a scholarship fund/enjoyment of life fund in Pauls Memory, He enjoyed going bowling, listening to music, shopping in the community.We would like to  create an enjoyment of life program for Verbal/Non verbal Autistic Adults. Paul had friends at his adult program, and he enjoyed alot of outdoor events. Paul is missed and will miss alot.  He will never have a wife, I will never have grandkids from him. His life was cut short because we were not informed about the dangers of the medication he was on.

Note: All Autistic Kids will grow up to be an adults and this disability will never leave. My husband and I were not informed about the dangerous medication that Paul was taking, My son gained 153lbs while on these medication. Thank you for coming to my blog Justice for Paul Victorian Jr.  I have been trying to get justice for my son Paul Victorian since he passed away February 22, 2013. Paul was out walking with his dad and passed out, he never regain conscious and was pronounced dead at the Northbay Hospital in Fairfield, Ca.  Paul just had a complete physical exam and blood work 32 days before he passed away. He had no heart disease, no high blood pressure, etc.  My son was on 30 mg of an antipsychotic medication called ABILIFY that was not prescribed for his disability by the FDA. My family was told this medication was for Autism which it wasn’t. My son was not a kid; He was a nonverbal autistic adult who didn’t have a voice.  My son gained a massive amount of weight on a medication called RISPEDAL and he gained breast. But was NOT diagnosed with Gynecomastia, at the time Paul was on this non approved medication… it wasn’t news worthy or in the media, the fact remain my son gained a lot of weigh and breast. I have pictures to prove it. Paul never received any help he was just switched to another medication called ABILIFY at 15 mg, then this uncaring incompetent doctor raised my son medication twice in 2012 to 20 mg, then 30 mg. My son passed away shortly after that In February 2013. This doctor did not monitor my son or do checkup, labs, etc when we told him of the changes our son was experiencing, what this doctor did do….. Was drop my son as a patient and his standard of care. He abandoned us.

The Solano Coroner’s office lied on my son’s complete coroner’s report and external exam. I felt that they were prejudice and did a superficial glance and just looked at my son’s body.  How is it legal for a state county office to lie and get away with it? It unfair and no one would help us. I filed a complaint with the California Medical Board, and I seen on Fox40 news in February 2014 that this same forensic pathologist/ Medical examiner resigned in December 2013 and they are questioning her autopsies and 37 cases she examined.  My son case is among those. No attorney believed me when I said this lady lied on my son’s coroner report. This forensic pathologist/ Medical examiner need to be held accountable for her actions. Because of her gross negligence and prejudice, I couldn’t file a medical malpractice suit in a timely manner because my statute of limitation ran out, on February 22, 2014. 

Today is March 9; my son Paul would have been 27 years old today. I need help and the media, news outlet, will not run my story or even read it. The fact remains this poison dangerous anti-psychotic medication was not FDA approved for my son’s disability and we, the family are suffering daily for accepting the advice of the doctor who had NO knowledge of this medication, because had this cruel doctor did his research he would have seen it WAS NOT approved for autistic adults.  My question for the doctors, Pharmaceutical Company The Maker of ABILIFY & RISPERDIAL, The FDA, The incompetent Solano County Forensic Pathologist/ Medical examiner who cowardly resigned in December.. Have any of you lost a moment’s sleep? Well my family has, Paul’s, death have changed my whole life.  Are you still able to look upon your own reflections? If you do, can you see the inequities you’ve prescribed to my family? Do you feel the slightest semblance of remorse? When you stand before whatever God it is that you pray to, will you be able to stand in His presence in good conscience? Perhaps that’s part of the problem. Perhaps they are all a Godless category of individuals. That only care about money and not about the patient, my beloved harmless, sinless, caring, humble, God Fearing, Autistic nonverbal son. Society and the lack of sympathy or help has proven to me, and now the rest of the world see that Big Pharmaceutical Companies are soulless, moral less, and heartless creatures hiding behind your lab coats and stethoscopes. I’m extremely sad, sad and hurt how the lack of compassion and the quest for truth is falling on deaf ears. Again, my faith in the Justice system and the Federal Government is diminishing daily. We voted for these people to put in office and they can’t help the American public, mainly my family. They should stop and think….. One voted could have changed their whole course of life.

My son needs justice, we trusted a doctor who didn’t care enough to do research and find the best treatment for my son, and He just abandoned us and my son’s care.. NO, I will not rest until I get justice for my son. Paul deserved to live. Deserved to have a life, deserved to have kids, deserved to be married, you don’t die from Autism? How is it possible that a doctor could systematically cause murder and not be punished for their actions? How can a doctor lie on legal vital records/ documents and not be held accountable for their actions. The United State Government should better regulate big Pharmaceuticals Company instead of being in bed with them. BIG PHARAMACEUTICAL COMPANY = MONEY, GREED, NO MORALES,   for my family big pharmaceutical company greed =LIES, DEATH, HEARTBREAK, PARENTS MOURNING, LIVES FOREVER CHANGED.  Remember…… AUTISM is not a Tragedy, IGNORANCE is a Tragedy!  PLEASE READ MY BLOG BELOW. Autistic Adults are being used and mistreated and it must stop, especially the ones who don’t have a voice and low functioning.
